These are very easy to make tuna patties. They take about 10 minutes and are filled with hidden vegetable that picky eaters won't notice. I find that they are one of the easiest ways to get your children to eat their veggies. Serve with couscous or rice and you'll have a complete meal. Serves 6-8.
4 (160 gram) canned tuna in water
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 (¼ cup) bread crumbs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp granulated garlic/garlic powder
Chop the carrot, onion, zucchini and potato in your food processor using the "S" blade until smooth.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Form patties and fry in a small amount of canola oil (medium flame) until brown on both sides; approx. 5 - 10 minutes.
