INGREDIENTS













  • ½ cup margarine (1 stick)










  • ⅔ cup cocoa










  • 3 cup Confectioner's sugar










  • ⅓ cup Parve milk (soy, rice, or almond milk, or non-dairy creamer)










  • 1 tsp vanilla extract










  1. Melt margarine in a small saucepan over low-medium heat. Stir in cocoa.



  2. Alternately add powdered sugar and Parve milk, beating to spreading consistency.



  3. Add small amount additional milk, if needed. Stir in vanilla.

this frosting is amazing. eat the frosting and skip the cake, really that good and very easy. i even made it a day ahead and kept in refrig and it warmed to room temp and smoothed over easily. i loved this and will definately make again.
