4 chicken bottoms, thighs and legs separated
Â¾ cup honey
Â¼ cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp garlic powder
Â½ tsp coarse black pepper
Wash and dry chicken pieces. Arrange in a 9x13 pan.
Combine honey, soy sauce, garlic powder and black pepper; mix well. Pour over chicken pieces.
Bake uncovered, in oven preheated to 375, for 1 hour, until chicken is browned and crisp.
