The fish was very tasty, however, the recipe needs a little clarification. What do you do with the onion? Also, I found that 1 hour of cooking for 4 slices of salmon was way too long- I only cooked it for 35-40 minutes and it was more than enough. I would love to try it again and rerate it-please respond.
I am sorry I forgot to write that onions gets browned in sugar till golden, I've now fixed the recipe.
About the cooking time, I guess its a matter of taste. I have freinds who cook salmon 2 hours and some 1/2 hour so if you prefer it cooked Its up to you.
