Chinese style - vegetable lo mein! My favourite!
1 Onion (chopped)
1 red pepper (diced)
1 yellow pepper (diced)
1 green pepper (diced)
1 can mushrooms
0 salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder
2-3 Tbsp soy sauce
½ Pack spaghetti (cooked and drained)
Cook and drain spagetti. Set aside.
Saute onions in oil, add peppers. When soft add tinned mushrooms and saute another few minutes.
Add in spices and soy sauce. Let cook up a few more minutes. mix in cooked noodles. Enjoy!
