
This is an easy really yummy supper. The chicken cutlets are baked to make the dish healthier.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup bread crumbs + more as needed
2½ lb chicken cutlets, cleaned and cubed
1 pinch salt
1 pinch garlic
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch paprika
1 cup duck sauce
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup sesame seeds
2 eggs, lightly beaten
mix cornflake crumbs and spices. Add spices to your taste
Dip the cutlet into the egg. Then coat in crumbs.
Bake on a grease baking pan at 370 for about 18 minutes or until done.
mix the duck sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame seeds.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and bake an addition 10 minutes
