I hardly EVER eat fish, but for this I made an exception! It's delicious!

INGREDIENTS

6-7 oz salmon filets

½ cup oil

¼ cup honey

¼ cup Dijon mustard

4 cloves garlic, minced

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp salt

3 Tbsp dill

Mix together all ingredients (besides for the salmon.)

Marinate salmon with the sauce for 1/2 hour (salmon should not marinate for more than that.)

Preheat oven to 400

Bake salmon for 8 minutes, then baste with sauce and bake for another 8 minutes, or until salmon is flaky.

This fish is very tasty ,very easy to prepare and it tastes great warm or cold. Will definitely be adding this to our recipe book! I baked it more than the recipe suggested. 20 minutes and then I broiled the fish for 5 more minutes.
