A yummy version of a classic food. One of my favorite side dishes!

INGREDIENTS













  • 5 Kirby cucumbers (6, if very small)










  • ½ purple onion










  • 3 Israeli pickles










  • 4 radishes (optional)










  • 4 Tbsp mayonnaise










  • ¼ cup (scant vinegar)










  • 3 Tbsp sugar










  • 3 Tbsp fresh dill, OR 1 Tbsp dried dill










  • 1 tsp salt










  1. Slice all the vegetables into thin rings (don't peel the cucumbers.)



  2. Combine dressing ingredients and mix with veggies.



  3. This stays fresh for 2 days.
