This is an delicious Parve Mousse cake thats easy to make and requires no flour!

INGREDIENTS













  • 2 bars Torino Choclate










  • 7 eggs










  • ¾ cup sugar










  • 1 tsp vanilla extract










  • 1 stick margarine










  • 1 whip










  1. Melt Chocoalte with margarine



  2. Separate the eggs, beat to snow with 1/2 cup sugar.



  3. In a seperate bowl, beat egg yolks with the rest of sugar. mix in the chocolate mixture add vanilla, fold in snow.



  4. Remove 2 cups of mixture and refrigerate.



  5. Put rest of mixture into a 10 inch high round pan, bake on 350 for 15-25 minutes.



  6. Cool off, put the refrigerated mixture on top, freeze and top with whip. optional- garnish with grated chocolate.

like rocky road ice cream

This mousse was a big hit. I put crushed chocolate on top as garnish and my guests commented that it tasted like rocky road ice cream.
I would suggest taking it out of the freezer right before serving, as it melts very quickly

Deliciois and very pretty when sliced. Made this last night for supper (guest over) and it was so good that I made another one for shabbos.
