Easy colorful rice, perfect for shabbos!
1 Med Onion, Diced
1 Small head of Cabbage (1 Bag Shredded)
4 Red peppers, Sliced
½ cup Rice, Uncooked
3 oz Tomato Paste
2 Tbsp Oil
1 tsp Salt and Paprika
1 cup Water (or more)
Heat up oil in medium pot. Fry onion until brown
Add the shredded cabbage and sliced peppers. Cook until soft.
add the uncooked rice, tomato paste, spices, and water. Cook until rice is soft. About 10-15 minutes.
