This is a delicious recipe for eggplant dip for shabbos! Tastes yum with fish and challah and is really easy to make!
¾ cup oil
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
2 garlic cloves
Poke a raw egplant with a fork all around.
Broil for 20 min.
Turn it around and broil for another 20 min.
When done cool and peel eggplant.
In a mix, put egg first and let mix for a minute than add sugar and salt, slowly add the oil than add the garlic and eggplant
