INGREDIENTS













  • 1 cup Rice










  • 2 Tbsp oil










  • 2 cup water










  • ½ tsp salt










  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce










  • 2 eggs










  • 2 scallions (chopped)










  1. Heat oil in pan. Sauté rice until golden. Add water n salt and bring to a boil. Add soy sauce.



  2. Reduce flame, cover pan and let simmer until water has almost evaporated.




  3. In a separate pan, make an omelette from 2 eggs. Cut in thin strips adding chopped scallions. Mix with rice.
