This is most likely how our (great/great great/ great...) grandmothers and the ancients would have prepared our cream of wheat in the morning before fast food came along and made everybody sick! The recipe calls for soaked/ sprouted grains which don't have any phytic acid or other anti-nutrients (which are VERY bad for you!) in them unlike unsoaked/unsprouted grains. For more information on phytic acid and antinutrients, visit: http://www.foodrenegade.com/how-to-eat-grains/
