This recipe is really simple and makes for a great desert!
12 sandwich cookies (crushed)
2 Tbsp margarine (melted)
1 (8 oz) container of toffuti cream cheese
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 (12 oz) container of frozen whip
4 squares baking chocolate
Crush the sandwich cookies.
Melt margarine and add to crushed cookies in bottom of a loaf pan. press to make firm.
Whip the whip and set aside.
Mix the toffuti cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar and vanilla until well blended.
By hand, gently fold in 3C of the whip.
Separate half the mixture.
Melt the chocolate and add to one of the halves of the mixture.
Layer the 2 mixtures in to the pan. (peanut butter/cream cheese mixture, chocolate mixture...) make as many layers as desired.
Put remaining whip on top. crumble extra cookies and sprinkle on top.
Cover and freeze.
To serve, cut into thin bars.
