The perfect supper side dish. They are addictive!
8-10 potatoes, cubed
½ cup mayo
½ cup dijon mustard
2 Tbsp seasoned salt
¼ cup oil
( salt, to taste
Peel and cube potatoes.
Mix together the mayo, mustard and regular salt.
Coat the potatoes completely in mixture.
Pour the oil on the bottom of a 9X13 pan. Put the potatoes in the pan on top of oil. Sprinkle the seasoned salt on top of potatoes.
Bake at 400* until golden brown (about an hour an 20 min), mixing every 20 min.
NOTE: If you can get your hands on a dijon mustard that contains horseradish, use it for best results. YUM!
