THIS IS THE BEST EVER BUNDT CAKE RECIPE. SUPER DELICIOUS TASTE & PERFECT FOR BUNDT PANS AS WELL. WHEN MY FAMILY NEEDS A "WHAT CAN I BRING THEM FOR SHABBOS" IDEA, THIS IS ALWAYS THE CHOICE. BEST PART, IT BEING A ONE-BOWL MIXTURE.

INGREDIENTS













  • 4 EGGS










  • 2 cup SUGAR










  • 1 Tbsp VANILLA SUGAR










  • 1 cup OIL










  • 2 tsp BAKING POWDER










  • 2 cup FLOUR










  • ¼ cup COCOA










  • ¼ cup COFFEE










  • ¾ cup BOILING WATER










  • 2 Tbsp CHOCO LIQUER (OPT)










  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350^. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY, ABOUT 5 MINTUES. SPRAY BUNDT PAN OR 9X13 WITH OIL SPRAY.



  2. BAKE FOR 1 1/4 HR. TEST WITH TOOTHPICK. COOL 15 MINUTES BEFORE INVERTING FROM BUNDT PAN.



  3. OPTIONAL: POUR CHCOCLATE GLAZE OVER CAKE, ALLOWING GLAZE TO DRIZZLE DOWN THE SIDES. (SEE MY CHOCOLATE CREAM RECIPE IN MY SECTION)
