INGREDIENTS













  • 1 packet frozen broccoli










  • 1 packet cashew nuts










  • 1 packet dried cranberries










  • 1 red onion










  • 4-5 Tbsp bottle soy sauce










  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise










  • 1 salt to taste










  1. Defrost the brocolli - DONT COOK



  2. Add the chopped red onion to the brocolli in a bowl.



  3. Add the mayonnaise and generously pour in the soya sauce. (If you like it less soya sauce tasting add less). Mix together.



  4. Just before serving add the cranberries and mix well.



  5. Just before serving pour the cashew nuts and leave at the top of the salad.



  6. Dont pour the nuts in advance or they will go soggy.
