INGREDIENTS













  • 2 lb flanken or veal










  • ¼ cup soy sauce










  • ¼ orange juice










  • ¼ cup ketchup










  • ¼ cup honey










  • 1 tsp garlic powder










  1. Mix everything but the flanken. Pour the sauce over the flanken. Cover very well with 2 layers of foil.



  2. Bake at 350F for 2 hours covered.
