INGREDIENTS













  • ¾ cup sugar










  • 2 cup Whole Wheat Flour










  • ¼ cup oil










  • 2 eggs










  • 2 tsp baking powder










  • ⅓ cup sour cream or yogurt










  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice










  • 1 Tbsp poppy seeds










  1. combine all ingrediants



  2. bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until golden brown



  3. you can substitue half the oil for applesauce to make it healthier and only put in 1/2 c. sugar
