Not exactly fries, but I like to imagine that they are. On a diet I consider these as a free food item and even those not on a diet like these. Also cauliflower haters really like this.

INGREDIENTS













  • 1 (32 oz) bag of frozen cauliflower










  • ¼ Tbsp salt










  • ¼ tsp paprika










  • ¼ tsp chili powder










  • ¼ tsp garlic powder










  • ¼ tsp black pepper










  • - Pam, oil spray










  1. Place frozen cauliflower on a baking pan.



  2. Sprinkle it with spices. Add more or less, depending on your tastes. Spray with Pam or oil spray.



  3. Bake at 450F for 1 -1 1/4 hours.

I was looking for a quick, healthy lunch and found this recipe. It was awesome! I made it exactly how it says (just didn't measure the spices). This is definitely on my menu!
UPDATE: I made this at a BBQ get together, and everyone was flipping for it! There was nothing left! I recommend cooking for about 30-40 minutes.

I made this cauliflower, easy, great taste, and best of all very dietetic. I was able to eat up a whole pan by myself!
