
Not exactly fries, but I like to imagine that they are. On a diet I consider these as a free food item and even those not on a diet like these. Also cauliflower haters really like this.

INGREDIENTS
1 (32 oz) bag of frozen cauliflower
¼ Tbsp salt
¼ tsp paprika
¼ tsp chili powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp black pepper
- Pam, oil spray
Place frozen cauliflower on a baking pan.
Sprinkle it with spices. Add more or less, depending on your tastes. Spray with Pam or oil spray.
Bake at 450F for 1 -1 1/4 hours.
