No cookie is actually fat free, but this one at least is better for your diet. I never tried it but on my list.

INGREDIENTS













  • 1 cup splenda










  • 3 eggs










  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar










  • ½ cup ground almonds










  • ¾ cup slivered almonds










  • 1 cup regular white flour










  • 1 cup whole wheat flour










  • ½ tsp baking powder










  • 1 pinch salt










  • ¾ cup chocolate chips










  1. In a mixer mix the splenda, eggs and vanilla sugar.



  2. Gradually add the remaining ingredients.



  3. With wet hands form two short logs on a lined cookie sheet.



  4. Bake at 350F for 20-30 minutes. Let cool.



  5. Slice. Place on the side on the cookie sheet. Bake for an additional 5 minutes until crisp.
