Sounds strange? It's really not. Goes great with shreeded white and red cabbage, shredded carrots and croutons. You can layer it in a trifle under the croutons.

INGREDIENTS













  • 1 cup oil










  • ½ cup sugar










  • ¼ cup vinegar










  • ¼ cup lemon juice










  • ¼ cup soy sauce










  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter










  1. Blend all ingredients with an immersion blender.
