INGREDIENTS













  • 1 package chicken cutlets, cut up into small pieces










  • 1 can cut up mushrooms










  • 1 cut up onion










  • 2 Tbsp flour










  • 1 Tbsp water










  • ½ cup non-dairy creamer










  • 1 salt, pepper, chicken soup mix










  1. Sautee onions and mushrooms with salt and pepper.



  2. Add chicken and sautee till cooked.



  3. Mix flour, water and non-dairy creamer and pour into pot.



  4. Season with chicken soup mix and let simmer for a few minutes.
