1 package chicken cutlets, cut up into small pieces
1 can cut up mushrooms
1 cut up onion
2 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp water
½ cup non-dairy creamer
1 salt, pepper, chicken soup mix
Sautee onions and mushrooms with salt and pepper.
Add chicken and sautee till cooked.
Mix flour, water and non-dairy creamer and pour into pot.
Season with chicken soup mix and let simmer for a few minutes.
