- I made this last night with thinned out chicken cutlets (expensive, I know, but what can I say, I splurged!). I did not measure the spices out and I used a grilled pan (no oil). My husband loved them, and declared them to be better than the meal that we had in a restaurant the night before!
- I liked this alot (I replaced the dried basil with fresh and used regular cans of diced tomatoes). I thought that it tasted better hot, rather than cold. Adding some parmesan and making it dairy would be a nice addition.

1 vanilla sugar
Please settle this for me. WHAT DOES ONE VANILLA SUGAR MEAN?????? One packet, one teaspoon or one tablespoon (this one vanilla sugar thing is strictly a heimish recipe thing).
