On my blog, I often struggle with the idea of whether a recipe is too simple to post or not. I guess it's different with a food blog though, because nobody pays to see a super simple recipe.

This is probably cheating but I am a huge fan of defrosting stuff from my freezer. On Sundays, when I have more time to cook, I usually make a bunch of stuff and freeze it for days when I don't have time/energy/patience/ingredients to cook.
