  • What's the best jullienne peeler? I have tried the zyllis one and some others. They all peel too thin, good for decorating purposes but NOT for stir fries. I want something that will give me a matchstick carrot, not a sliver! Something, I can stirfry and still keep crisp. Know what I mean, who has this magic peeler?
