I like to bake this even longer in the oven. I usually bake it 4 hours or more. The longer it bakes the softer it gets.
I baked this in an oven to tableware dish so I was able to bring the souffle directly to the table. Went well with the meat slices. I used low-fat mayonnaise just to save some calories. Will definitely make this again. Maybe in mini pans next time.
I have made many versions of salmon and I like them all, but this salmon I love. It has a wonderful taste; it's very easy, presents beautifully, and it's great cold or hot. Sometimes I just make the sauce and pour it over fillet slices without the vegetables- the lazy way. I also add the sesame seeds to the sauce instead of sprinkling it on later. Anyway you choose to do it- end result- Terrific.
