- I made a batch of these yesterday, they turned out beautiful and very tasty. Thanks for the tips, they really do work! (Just a note: 1 stick of margarine is 4 ounces, 2 sticks per cup.)
- This is a wonderful recipe for Pesach and year round. I make it all the time. Sometimes I add a small package of pareve instant pudding mix, makes it very creamy. For Pesach, or anytime, when I am having guest's that are concerned about raw eggs, (small children, elderly and pregnant women), I use homemade almond milk instead of the eggs. Yummy!
- B"H I made this last Shabbos along with Yemenite Soup, chicken with lentils, and steamed asparagus with mushrooms. It was wonderful! (mix the rice with lentils and it makes a great side served hot or cold)
