I am a stay at home mom of two. I love cooking and hate baking! I love making memory keepsakes (who has time for scrapbooking?) I enjoy making things out of recycled stuff around the house.

What about fruit? You can cut up a bunch of fruit and prepare them in plastic disposable containers. Fruit lasts a week and there are so many.

I found a really healthy version of a smoothie. blend together strawberries, rolled oats, milk, banana, vanilla extract and a little sugar. I made it for breakfast one morning and it was a great inclusive breakfast!
