Yesterday, I marinated chicken cutlets, cut into medium slices, in a little olive oil and some spices. Evening time, I simply put them on a hot grilled pan for 15 minutes. Delicious and very dietetic and best of all quick. If you like slice them up, drizzle some dietetic dressing and wow it's great. Just add a baked potato and wala- supper is ready. |
