Had a lot of company and no one- I mean not one person left a crumb over. The presentation is really pretty. I made them in individual ramekins, but I've also made it in a large pretty decorative- oven to table- dish. Just scoop the ice cream after you cut it. Of course, if you make it dairy, the ice cream is so much tastier. See picture posted. Good Luck!

She did it in a ramekin and covered the top with some sort of whit and then garnished with fruit. Most of dessert is about presentation.
