Why don't you try the Peach and Pear Streusel- recipe #780. I made it for dessert last Friday night. Had a lot of company and no one- I mean not one person left a crumb over. The presentation is really pretty. I made them in individual ramekins, but I've also made it in a large pretty decorative- oven to table- dish. Just scoop the ice cream after you cut it. Of course, if you make it dairy, the ice cream is so much tastier. See picture posted. Good Luck! |
