I found a really healthy version of a smoothie. blend together strawberries, rolled oats, milk, banana, vanilla extract and a little sugar. I made it for breakfast one morning and it was a great inclusive breakfast!
If this is too healthy, I found Edy's has a milkshake that you just add milk and mix...mmmm! |
