Im wondering if I would want to make a potato kugel in the slow cooker for lunch...
Would I make my regular recipe? Add anything? With or without meat?

Love any tips or ideas...

i have made my regular potato kugel in a crock pot overnight. grease the crock pot first. it comes out great! you wake up to this most amazing smell in the morning!! the only problem i had was that my crock pot is really small so the cook time was also less. if i left it more than 15 hours it was too crusty and dried out. hope yours comes out as good as mine...enjoy!

Same here. Dump the raw mixture into the crackpot. Set on high for 1 hour, and then on low overnight.

just make your regular potato kugel recipe, put 1/2 the mixture in, then put in flanken (boneless) and put the rest of the potato kugel mixture... if you line the crockpot with a plastic liner, you can transfer it easily to a pyrex to bring to the table...

this is great to make for shabbos day!
