What do you serve for dinner when you don't cook. I know that sounds strange. I mean, easy dinners that you don't need to prepare or cook.

Sometimes I make breakfast for dinner: Eggs, toast, cereal, yogurt.

Sandwiches. (Even eggs = cooking, in my book! But yes it's definitely on the more easy/casual side)

Tuna salad.

Leftovers (I know, kinda cheating)

Cereal works for me but not DH, it's not a full dinner for him. But if he's out somewhere I'll have that myself and consider it a night off. Doesn't happen often.

This is probably cheating but I am a huge fan of defrosting stuff from my freezer. On Sundays, when I have more time to cook, I usually make a bunch of stuff and freeze it for days when I don't have time/energy/patience/ingredients to cook.

Wraps are the solution. Avocado, tuna, leftovers...
