	BrendaS Joined: 12/05/2011 17:48 Posts: 1 I tried making Onion Blossoms yesterday, featured in Fresh and Easy. The batter tasted great, as did the onions, but they didn't stick to each other. I couldn't get the batter into the inner recesses of the onion, and is it supposed to be totally covered in oil while frying? Anyone else make this, have trouble, or it came out ok. What did I do wrong?

	LeahS [Admin] Joined: 12/13/2010 19:41 Posts: 57 Hi Brenda, Sorry you're having trouble. You have to open the onion slices a bit, separating them to get the batter in. It doesn't have to be totally covered, just make sure you flip it around so that it fries on all sides.
