Not 100% sure what you mean by glazed, but I make a nice honey roasted almonds. I think if you google "honey roasted almond recipe" it's the first thing that comes up. Basically, you first toast the nuts. Then you heat a mixture of water and honey in a pan. When it boils you lower the flame, put in the almonds, and stir for about 5 minutes. Then you transfer them to a bowl, pour a mixture of a lot of sugar and a little salt over it, toss to coat, and then spread them out on wax paper to dry. It sounds like a bit of a process but really just takes a total of about ten minutes of actual activity and they come out really yummy! |
