	LeahS [Admin] Joined: 12/13/2010 19:41 Posts: 57 Agreed! Usually when people write 1 vanilla sugar it means one of two things- one packet (as in Israel) or 1 scoop. Both equal one tablespoon. If you come across recipes that you believe are missing information, don't hesitate to "report error" on the side of the recipe and we will contact the original recipe author to correct it.
