I am making my Fried Tilapia Recipe #356 and little red roasted potatoes Recipe #741 they go really well together, top it off with a soup and some garlic bread and it's a great supper. I am planning to make bagels, pizza, lasagna and Falafel.

Monday: My Avocado Cream Pasta a/ Peach Salsa....(summer Joy of Kosher mag). HEAVENLY.

Tonight I made paninis in the little grill machine....I bought sourdough bread, miscellaneous veggies, and everyone got to pick what they wanted inside. Kids like them mostly plain with mozzarella. Hubs has his with avocado, black olives, and cheese. I used a whole wheat wrap and loaded it up with grilled eggplant, heirloom tomatoes, and light feta (a HUGE meal for a little calories). Used the extra heirloom tomatoes for a tomato-red onion-basil salad with a balsamic reduction.

Wednesday, I'm at work, dinner is up to husband.

Thursday...I think I'm going to try Etty's salmon (Whisk, AmiLiving Issue #22) and testing out a new recipe that is going to be in the yom tov Joy of Kosher mag.....there's also another dairy recipe that one of the Whisk contest finalists submitted (It's going to be in Whisk Issue #34, August 17), that I'm going to test too. Although I am judging a cooking competition in the morning so I will probably use up all my calories for the day by lunch...
