
From all the recipes that I have tried, I tend to come back to this recipe time and time again,especially before Yom Tov. This freezes great and is very simple and easy to make. It also tastes fabulous!

INGREDIENTS
10 slices minute steak
2 large onions
3 cloves garlic or frozen cubes
3-4 bay leaves
1 tsp paprika
- Sauce:
½ cup ketchup
½ cup water
¾ cup brown sugar
¼ lb white vinegar
Fry minute steak in pot with a little oil for 5-10 minutes. Place slices in roaster pan.
In bowl mix ingredients for sauce. Pour over minute steak slices in roaster pan. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours in oven on 350-until soft. When cool, can be frozen .
