INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
2 (8 oz) non dairy whip topping
1⅓ cup confectioners sugar
2 Tbsp corn syrup
2 tsp vanilla sugar
7-8 Viennese crunch, crushed
Beat egg whites.
Beat 2 whips with yolks. Gradually add sugar, corn syrup, vanilla sugar.
Fold in the whites.
Add half of the crushed Viennese crunch to the ice cream. Mix in.
Place the ice cream in a 9x13 inch pan. Place remainder of viennese crunch on top of the ice cream. Freeze.
